Below are some points observed for the first time at an ACCOR managed hotel,very disappointing- Carpets damp, linen where not washed well had staining and was off white, the cutlery was not clean, no tissues or paper rolls Breakfast was substandard Overall I felt it was money wasted ,should have stayed at some other place closer to the city, would have been a better choice.

It was so worst experience, the central ac was set to 22 and it was too cold and the ac controls in the rooms has option either to switch it off the ac completely or switch on to get extremely cold temperatures. The hot water was not warm enough at all, they were too mild and hot water in the sink was not working initially and figured that it was because the hot water comes out only when you turn the tap on the cold water side! It was tok inconvenient to stay in that cramped up room and they have a policy of no outside food allowed (not so international policy!) stupid policy is so damn idiotic! Coz my child does jto prefer the food available at hotel, every time we need food for my little one we have to step out of the hotel to eat! Seriously insane! I regret booking and stying at ibis, I would never ever stay at ibis hotel in my life!
