It was exactly what we wanted for a weekend break with our small dog. The gardens around the swimming pool looked over the river, and made it easy to forget we were right in the centre of Bangkok. We will definitely return.

I requested a parking when I booked but it was packed, no advance information notice that dinner seats were fully booked when I went there around 4 P.M. staff said not available, very disappointed. Breakfast was nice. Staff at the reception area were good and welcome.

Therefore, we could not upgrade and offer late check-out for your booking. For honeymoon, we are not provide any special room set up due to COVID-19 as we are following ALLSAFE policy by ACCOR. Descibed as a pet friendly hotel but when we checked in we were told we could only sit at the the very far end of the terrace outside! with no sun shades....... not acceptable. Sat there on the 26th for a coffee and smoothie , waited 15 minutes and no one came to take our order! so we left, again not acceptable.

I reservation with a voucher from ibis thailand. I stayed on room number 547. It’s smell like a animal peeing but the staff take a good in the afternoon. When I was fixed with the basic information on 16:30 - 16:40 after that, I and my family going to take a travel. When I came back to the hotel the room are smell like the same. I came to the staff to fixed a problem but the staff take a easy with a customer.

I have stayed at many Hotels on the river but none offer the location and dollar value as Ibis Riverside. The staff from the front desk, food service, housekeeping and maintaince all first class.

I visited ibis Bangkok Riverside many times. In general, I am very happy that ibis provides very good service. The room is clean, staff are nice. Unfortunately, this time I was very much upset on the parking at ibis. The barrier was malfunction or broken somehow. It hit my car at the car roof. I found it is unacceptable for the security wise. I informed a staff at the reception over there. She apologized, but security there seemed not care about the problem. My car was scratch on the roof. It was lucky that the barrier didn't hit on the windows screen. I would like ibis paying more attention on security wise. thank you.
