Hotel is located less than 5mins’ walk to Susukino Station, with plenty of food options. The superior twin room with sofa bed is relatively spacious for 3 persons and beds are comfy. Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Only negative point is: the room is still on central heating (no air-conditioning) even though we came in spring (early May). With 3 persons in the room, it was warm and stuffy. We opened the window for ventilation, however, our room was facing the main road and traffic noise was loud despite us being on the 11th floor. Couldn’t sleep with the noise. Called front desk but they couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room and instead offered us a stand fan.

Living near to Susukino helps with finding food and bars. Finding the carpark was troublesome due to single lane roads, signboards telling where the nearest carpark will be helpful.

３階ロビーのウェルカムコーヒーのマシンが不具合だったのでフロントに伝えたところレストランのスタッフが直してくれました。フレンドリーな優しい対応の方でした。 コーヒーも苦味とコクがあり美味しかったです
