From when we first arrived the staff made us feel really welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the outside area and the pool were excellent. The food at breakfast was very well presented and there was a good selection which was different everyday. Also the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean

Hotel is good , clean , 10min walk from Ao nang beach , couple of Halal restaurants around. One thing they need to improve is good English communication skills, which they lack!!! There has been a big miscommunication with us because of the front desk employees with less English communication skills! Rather than that it was a good stay.

Upon booking with TUI we were NOT informed that you had a dog friendly hotel. If we had known we probably would have booked elsewhere. Also there were various complaints from other guests regarding the children being a little loud. This escalated in the second week and all of the children's toys around the pool were disposed of. A little harsh. We did not experience any excessive noise outside of pool open times. After all you have 8 family rooms. It seems to me that dogs are more friendly than children.

Disappointing experience at this Ibis Hotel

We had to raise complaints about the excessive noise and disturbance at this hotel. Also safety issues around the pool area. We have just returned from our holiday in Thailand, what should have been a fantastic experience was not, due to the hotels non control of excessive noise and witnessing safety issues around the pool area every day, also witnessing running around the pool areas and reception, footballs, loud horseplay, unsupervised children as a norm. The main pool should have swimmers in it only. We witnessed small children non swimmers, using flotation aids, not only being left unsupervised in the children's pool but also the deep "adults" pool, we witnessed an incident from our 5th floor balcony of one of these children nearly drowning. The hotel only seemed to act on the shouting, screaming & disruptive behavior, when we complained, it was not monitored neither was the unsupervised non swimmers or children under 14 years old, which then the behavior & noise could lead into the hotel corridors. The hotel was not even applying its own safety and noise rules, including hotel guests dogs in the pool areas, depositing on these areas. We also mentioned to the Rep re breakfast food running out early, it ran out throughout the holiday, only some less popular very spicy dishes always left. The Omelette Chef SU was always pleasant and we managed to always get an omelette. Some of the other waitresses in the hotel are abrupt, keep telling guests when it closes for breakfast, not very relaxing over the course of the holiday. The Front Reception staff were always always smiley, helpful and professional, even though their English is limited. A special mention to the The Security Guards on the front access gate are great always pleasant & saying hello. There was a nice view from the poolside rooms, rooms are compact, little storage, but they do have vented air conditioning, fridge, free safe & cleaned daily. Hotel is in a good location in the resort & has a courtesy bus hourly til 9pm to the front, if needed. We arrived at 9am couldn't check in til 11/12, the hotel needs to have a better arrangement with TUI, after such a long journey. Away from the hotel it was a good resort and if it wasn't for the noise & safety issues mentioned we could return to this hotel on another occasion, as it could have a lot to offer. We hope the hotel has taken positive action on these issues, as we raised them also via TUI, taking time out of our holiday to raise these complaints it was all stressful. With such a long travel and expectation of so much better, as would be a norm at other hotels, we were so looking forward to a fabulous holiday in Thailand, the hotels non management totally spotlit our experience.

Everything is ok, except breakfast. I missed cheese, more cereals, bigger variety of dry meat (salami, prosciuto, etc). Egg station is the best. Have eaten eggs every day. Ps: it is sad, that your employees are so job focusing. There is so much staff in dinning room, who only cleans tables, but if anything drop on the floor, they do not want to clean and waiting for the cleaning lady to clean it. I saw that with my own eyes and couldn't believe that there is food on the floor (some american dropped some food under the table) and staff is walking arround and talking. If that was my bussiness, than every one of staff should participate in hotel good and not waiting for cleaning lady (I saw only one cleaning lady and 6 talking to each other waiters). Funny thing is that your staff have time to take selfies at the pool and walk arround, while there is food on the floor.

Pleasant 3 nights 4 days stay in a superior room overlooking the outdoor Swimming pool. Room size was alright for a couple, but housekeeping really need to improve on their services, like replenishing complimentary bottled water and towels. Staff were quite friendly. TV channels were basically news. The occasional English movies tend to experience poor reception signals and always gets interrupted.

Ibis Styles always has a great way to make someone's stay memorable. We did enjoy our stay at your hotel in Krabhi this time. Location was good. food was good. staff in the restaurant are friendly.
