I had a truly satisfying experience staying at the Ibis-Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the food—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—was delicious with a good variety. What made my stay even more memorable was the excellent service, especially from Ms. Khaing. She was incredibly friendly, communicative, and attentive, always welcoming us with a warm smile during every meal. Her hospitality made me feel appreciated and genuinely happy to be staying at the hotel. Other staff members were also polite and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Thank you so much, Ms. Khaing, and thank you to the entire team at Ibis-Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate

I was provided room 1312 with shabby floors and faulty lights. I had stayed in better rooms in the same price range in the same building. A lack of maintenance was obvious. House keeping was good but they don't refill water, tea bags or sugar unless specifically asked for.
