Upon checkin counter was over crowded with guest, hardly two people to serve the guest. Que was long & I waited for 45 minutes to get my turn. Please assign experience staff who can handle the guest fast. Especially guest reach hotel for taking proper relaxation, but the amount of pressure build up upon arriving was not positive.

i was up and around for work and used to get extremely tired after a long day, so no strength to even go down to the restaurants, Raj Solanki was very helpful in room service, the last experience in IBIS Paris was very bad, but this time Raj Solanki made IBIS experience as a wow effect. thank you, raj and Ibis the chef in novotel for the breakfast needs to learn indian food preparation, the taste was not upto the mark

Hotel Bathroom is too small

Reference to your comment about the bathroom size, please be informed that built and size of the rooms, including the bathroom size conform to the International brand standards of Ibis, being an economy-scale hotel brand. The size of the room is also available in online to ensure that potential bookers would know the room size well in advance. Alternatively, we do have our higher room category which is one bedroom apartment that is more spacious, with fully-equipped kitchen and living room area, for your consideration on your next visit. The amenities which we provide also comply with the ibis standards. Other essential toiletries can be purchased in form of a Travel Kit form reception at a very nominal fee. I was not happy that you are charging for spoons! This was wierd
