The room was nice , Restaurant food it’s look like not fresh at all

Nice stay would have been better to have room slippers for free for long term memory and use

Kindly be informed that the amenities which we provide conform to the International brand standards of Ibis, being a budget-friendly hotel brand. All other essential & basic toiletries, including slippers can be purchased in form of a Travel Kit form reception at a very nominal fee. I hope this information will be useful for any future visit. change your hotel name from ibis hotel to 10dirhams hotel. know why?coz everything you need cost 10aed even a shampoo that must be free in other hotel but in your hotel we payed 10aed. one more thing we asked for bottled water but our shocked its not free. they asked us to pay 22aed for the 1.5L water. dont recommend this hotel very very bad experience

Very good till check out. I know it is not the fault of the hotel but there was one guest who cut in line and then refused to wear his mask and keep a safe distance. The staff should have called security as he was unable to contain this rowdy person. Check out was too slow. Just 1 person.

Let me say that i was really disappointed. I wanted to make a special day for my wife and relaxing night since we had some difficulties last few weeks. I found your hotel and make the reservation, your employees and front desk people are amazing and this is why i rated 4. But when you book room for couple, and you find only one bath towel, no slippers, no proper hot water, dirty blanket or let me say blanket was clean but there is still some spots on i think if this survey was filled by my wife she will have more to complain about. I dont like to post such things on social media or trip advisor, but i hope you will have plan to fix our experience.

Best place to stay if you dont want the busy crowd of the city. Staff were great. I particularly love your breakfast buffet. Sourdough bread! Fried rice! Thank you for making my Christmas a little less homesick away from my family.

excellent room given to me, this is my second time staying in Abis and both times were excellent. I will visit in second week of November. I liked the ladt room issued to me, and the reception was wonderful.

I book at this hotel mainly due to its convenient location. Every time I book, I cross my fingers so that I end up in a well maintained room. The hotel has a low level of maintenance and needs follow up on house keeping. I had to request a room change even though I arrived late at night and was very tired. Being a Gold member does not really make a big difference. I should mention though a remarkable employee; Raj Solanki, who tried his best and attended to my concerns.
