Although we are delighted to see that many hotel features were to your liking, we regret to note that there were some aspects of your stay that were less satisfactory. At Ibis, being a 3-star hotel or economy-scale hotel, the room furniture and appliances, including TV conform to the International brand standards of Ibis, being a budget-friendly hotel brand. 3in1 shower gel is provided in all our rooms which can be used as soap or shampoo following the brand concept and all other essential and basic toiletries can be purchased in form of a Travel Kit form reception at a very nominal fee. I hope this information will be useful for any future visit. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one. The rooms are very small, there are no toiletries in the bathrooms, and also the hood is very small, and there is no service for transporting items from the car to the room…the hotel did not impress me

At Ibis, being a 3-star hotel or economy-scale hotel, we have limited services but we provide full value for money spent. Kindly be informed that the built and size of the rooms, as well all the toiletries /amenities inside the room, conform to the International brand standards of Ibis, being a budget-friendly hotel brand. Other essential toiletries can be purchased in form of a Travel Kit form reception at a very nominal fee. The size and images of the room are also available on Booking.com and other sites to ensure that potential bookers would know the room size and design well in advance. Alternatively, we do have our higher room category which is one bedroom apartment which offers a more spacious space with fully-equipped kitchen and living room area, which could be for your consideration on your potential next visit. We regret to advise that we do not provide bellman/porter service, which is also not given being under the ibis brand umbrella. However, we do have trolleys in the lobby area which our guest can use to transport their luggage. I hope this information will be useful for any future visit and we regret to note that the ibis' brand concepts did not live upto your expectations. Resident for more than 40 days, planning for another 60 days. Then, the lobby restaurant made my experience bad like hell. Ramadhan iftar, i waited for spoon to start my food for about 30 min. I asked for arabic coffee, more than 30 min and noone brought even they was bringing it to the table beside me

we had a great time in belgian beer cafe. 4. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff minhaj is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority by minhaj. i would suggest management to promote him as a supervisor. Food is pretty good.but we r not satisfied with our stay in hotel. we are a regular guest in your hotel. but this time there is some facility not good enough in room. witch it’s i can’t mention here. i can’t write it here. i can just say we r not happy with stay. if reservations team can call us so i can explain verbal.

Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel was booked by pure chance, but it was a lucky strike! My intention was to stay for two nights only, but due to certain circumstances I prolonged my stay for a bit more than ten days, and I truly couldn't have made a better choice. I arrived two days before the start of Ramadan, and what I liked most is that the hotel is near Shaikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which enabled me to pray there easily (it is less than 10min taxi ride) and enjoy the Ramadan properly. The location was convenient for me for other reasons as well- being pretty near to every place I needed/wanted to visit, whether it was sightseeing or doing some work related tasks. The room I got was very pleasant, cozy and clean. I liked that the bed was very comfortable and if I wanted to enjoy coffee or tea without leaving room I had everything I needed there. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful, there are not enough words of praise to thank them for making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns and they would make sure they find the right answers and solutions. I am bad with names, but I remember housekeeper Ms. May, and I want to thank her for being such a wonderful lady. I will also remember all of the receptionists, who did their best every time I came with certain question or request and solved it in no time. I will remember you all because of your kindness and helpfulness. The food I ordered from the hotel restaurant was delicious, and even though I didn't try everything, I can only assume that same standards are followed for every dish and that there will be no regrets after ordering it. Room service was quick, efficient, and again, praiseworthy. All in all, I will repeat myself and say that I had indeed enjoyed my stay in the Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel, and for sure will come back whenever I need a stay in Abu Dhabi. Without doubt I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, affordable and pleasant stay. To the hotel staff- I sincerely thank you all!

I had a splendid stay at Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate hotel. I want to specially thank Ms. Sia and Mr. Jerun who made my stay special, as a frequent client and an accor member Jarun came to know from me that I recently was blessed with a baby girl and a suprise was waiting for me, the team nicely decorated the room i stayed in with colorful baloons and a lovely cake was waiting for me in the room as well celebrating the baby girl! I was overjoyed and impressed by the attention to details. Bravo!

The overall installation is very good, with a very good Belgium pub inside the facilities. However, the entire 8th floor smells like a ashtray, including rooms. Terrible feeling. Internet speed and stability terrible for people willing to work. However, after escalation, they connected my laptop to the cable internet and situation improved. People readily available.

First day I asked for two extra towels, for me and for my husband, when the housekeeping personal brought them he pushed his head inside the room and he looked properely inside without respect. The second day, I received a call from the housekeeping at 14:00 or 15:00 while I was sleeping, the person on the phone asked me if I needed "anything" !!!!!!( while I can call if I need anything). Since they woke me up I asked for bottles of water, when the guy came to bring me the watter bottles he was looking inside the room again and insisting thay he wants to do some cleaning at least changing the bedsheets. I was asirtive with him as I am a woman and I can not have a man inside my room while my husband is not there. I really did not understand why the people who are taking care of the housekeeping can not mind their own business. I am a person who travels around the world, and I've been to different Ibis hotel around the world, this is the first time I encounter this and it really made me doubt if I want to go back again.

change your hotel name from ibis hotel to 10dirhams hotel. know why?coz everything you need cost 10aed even a shampoo that must be free in other hotel but in your hotel we payed 10aed. one more thing we asked for bottled water but our shocked its not free. they asked us to pay 22aed for the 1.5L water. dont recommend this hotel very very bad experience
