We apologize for the noise from the air conditioning and the corridors, as well as the noise from the lifts in the night. We are working on addressing these issues. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis budget Manchester Centre Pollard Street. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We understand your frustration with the delayed check-in, the noisy air conditioning, and the damaged glass in the lobby. I would like to sincerely apologise for the discomfort you've experienced on this occasion. I have discussed your remark with our Maintenance engineer for further investigations. Please be assured that all necessary actions will be taken to prevent future occurrences. We deeply regret that our check-in process was not as efficient as it should have been. The damaged glass panel in the lobby is also being taken care of. We have already contacted a glazier to replace the panel. Unfortunately this take up to 10 weeks to replace this glass. We understand that this may have created an unsettling impression, and we assure you that we are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. We are truly disappointed that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide our guests with exceptional service and comfortable accommodations, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. We hope that you will reconsider your decision and give us another chance to redeem ourselves in the future. We are confident that we can provide you with the positive experience you deserve.
