Wonderful Stay at Novotel Kolkata! We had a fantastic experience at Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences. The team was incredibly accommodating, ensuring all our special requests were met, including delicious gluten-free food options. A special thanks to the staff for arranging a gluten-free birthday cake so promptly—it truly made our celebration memorable! The room setup was perfect, adding to the joy of the occasion. The overall hospitality was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and found the gym to be a well-maintained, pleasant space. A big shoutout to the front office team, especially Amandeep and Ankita, for their kindness and efficiency. The check-in process was seamless, and the car parking service was smooth. The entire staff was humble and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate the efforts of the Novotel team and will definitely visit again!

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and my stay was very good because of the duty manager Ms Chandrani.She took the upmost care and satisfied all my needs. Such Manager in the organisation are the assets of hospitality industries and Novotel hotel. The hotel is business class hotel and price wise also it is good and value for money. Food was good and fresh beer was very nice. It is situated in the New town which is good area. From airport it is just 20 minutes by car.

Lovely hotel.. nice and polite staff and especially their leader Chandrani Dutta Ma’am is very good and terms of hospitality . Nice rooms good food plus it’s so clean and located in a very nice place. All in all great to be there and will always be nice to go back soon

Had an amazing time at Novotel. The people were so sweet . Some small hiccups were taken care of very quickly. The room was perfect and I had the best sleep. All were very courteous. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and lovely south indian and continent food. Great coffee. Thank you.

Housekeeping services were absolutely good as Arijit Ghosh from housekeeping helped us alot with the things so the stay was very good. The stay was very comfortable along with the services offered and the chivalry shown by the staff was good.
