Guest relation manager Chandrani Datta was in touch with me even before Arrival. She looked after our comfort during the stay. She had sweets laid out on a tray in my room with my framed photo beside it. It was her way of saying welcome. As a status holder with Accor I am used to their properties upgrading me to the suite , but this time she upgraded me to the presidential suite. I need a GPS 😀 to navigate around the suite. The food and beverages were great and they even gave me an early check in and late checkout. The pillows and air conditioning was perfect. I had good sleep. Overall hospitality can’t get better in my view. Thanks for caring after all your guests at the Novotel kolkata property.

Had a relaxing and comfortable stay. The hotel has a good location in New Town Kolkata just next to Axis mall and Galleria. Tanmoy from housekeeping was very helpful and prompt.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable. We got a complimentary upgrade to suite room which made us very happy. Staff at the reception had excellent behaviour.

In-room dining was a let down - right from the spread/options available to the quality of food ordered.
