I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and Grand Mercure Hanoi stands out as one of the very best. The hotel has an excellent location, it is modern, the food is excellent, the rooms are perfect and kept spotless, and most of all, without exception, the staff are professional, pleasant, helpful and are immediately responsive. I would especially like to thank River for going out of his way to ensure that all of my transportation needs (and one your) were met. I could totally rely on him and the other concierge staff! This was also true last year when I stayed here. In sum, another perfect experience!

Breakfast can be improved to have more choice for foreigner. Lunch meal set is very great especially for business as we don’t have to leave the seat to get the food. Room is extraordinary but could have the clarity on snacks / drinks to let us know which one is complementary (without going down to ask the staff). Fast Wi-Fi with stable connection.

All good. Except sometimes housekeeping didnt check the laundry basket that I left in the closet. Absolutely my fault for not informing them properly.
