All good. Except sometimes housekeeping didnt check the laundry basket that I left in the closet. Absolutely my fault for not informing them properly.

Breakfast was very good quality at the Executive Lounge even though variety is smaller (through orders from the menu). The egg benedict and salmon were beautifully prepared. Service was good and professionally led by Ms Hannah. Happy with my stay in spite of the location being slightly further from central Hoan Kiem lake but no trouble as within 12-15min, i am there.
