Had a short stay before flying to France early in the morning. I had to leave the hotel at 6.00pm and staff prepared a nice breakfast for take-away. Rooms are very nice and well equipped: this remains my preferred hotel when I go for Business in Ha Noi. I recommend.

The stay was great but I would prefer to have more firm pillows instead of all soft pillow. Also, room should have more lights to make it brighter.

They didn’t give the total items i.e. shaving kits, shoe shiners ( only once in 11 days after I asked for)
