Friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the restaurant, nothing was ever too much trouble. Room selection and amenities are excellent and the breakfast buffet is worth spending an hour enjoying! Gym and pool facilities are small but accessible and the attention from staff in charge of these facilities, if required, is as professional as the others. Hard to escape the searing heat of HaNoi in August but this central location and rooftop bar were a good antidote. Thankyou Mercure!

To help with saving water usage , we had our room cleaned only on certain days .This gave us a free mocktail on the roof at the bar before dinner on those nights. Dining room was exceptional , with wonderful food. Overall an excellent visit.

The only thing I had trouble with was so COLD aircon (auto on 20,5 degree C). Luckily, the receptionist asked me to turn off the aircon and later tech turned on again - only then I could sleep. The rest is all good! Thanks

My favourite hotel when I stay in Hanoi. I am always well taken care of every time I stay here. Location is not in the absolute center of town but I like the area around Van Mieu. Nice rooftop bar but in the middle of summer temperatures are a bit too high.
