The air conditioning in the room did not work. As we went to bed at 12pm and had to be awake at 3am there was no point in trying to change room. When we checked out we were told that the air conditioning was only switched on in the summer. The room was very hot and led to almost no sleep at all. An extremely poor start to the first holiday we have had in nine years

The small room and lobby are very basic but the bed was comfortable, the shower hot, and everything was new and clean. The Windows are amazingly soundproof. The staff was not unpleasant. There is a covered sky walk to get to the hotel from terminal 4 which we appreciated because it was cold and rainy.

Well located. But, heating not working. Or without any information how to properly start heating. I arrived around midnight 06.02.2025. and left hotel early 06:30h 07:30h....It was too cold in the room that I do not felt comfortable to take a shower at all...Receptionist was not very useful and when I checked out I told him about problems and heating...he just mention you need to turn on, but how to know that without any information instruction manual etc....So, I spent just a few hours, dirty without shower and left hotel room with fresh shirt without shower to attemd the meeting at 09:00h in town.Please give better information about heating , it was really cold in the room without heating.....So, I payed the room just to spent few hours in bed with clothes and not possible to take a shower without risk to get ill of cold or....
