Unfortunately this stay including booking process and efforts to reach out to the hotel has been a disaster since the beginning. I try to stay as much cool as I can and ignore small mistakes but this hotel is nothing worth keeping the cool. I will explain how. 1. I had to make multiple bookings and then cancel. Due to corona, my plans and travel dates kept changing. I reached out to hotel atleast three times by email before my arrival and not a single email was answered. 2. I ended up calling them from abroad - I was told to call back as there was no staff available to speak English. 3. On Arrival I was not given a drink voucher (as a silver member). This is the first time ever happened in any hotel. I had to later go down stairs to specifically ask one.. they don't pick up the phone at reception. 4. I was offered a birthday cake - which I appreciate. 5. During my two days stay, I was offered 2 water bottles of 0.225L each. No refill for the 2nd day. I am currently on medication due to stomach infection which means I am required to drink and eat fresh and clean. I needed to take medicine but there was no water. I called the reception from the room atleast 10 times (may be more), I called room service and no one picked the call. After 10s of attempts, someone picked the call and without talking, put it on music (on hold) and then no one answered. I ended up taking my medicine with a leftover sip of gas-less sprite I had earlier in the day which I should not. 6. The flush system in the toilet has no water so I can't flush it and I have tried to call the reception many times but no response. I had to go to reception to ask for a person to fix it. In short this was my worst ever stay in any of the All Accor hotels.

No bad surprises. There is a system. You know what to expect. Hygienic. You can also get a discount as a member. The generous fruit offerings quenched my thirst, I enjoyed it. Everything was easy and simple. I stayed in all top segment hotels in Gaziantep. It was the most comfortable place and the best breakfast place.

This journey was a business trip to Gaziantep and we were fully satisfied with all the details; rooms, breakfast and all were very good as usual and the staff was incredibly nice.
