The food (chicken curry) had items missing and no one was interested - also the next two bookings were cancelled due to "a project" with 3 days notice

Very nice, handy location and good breakfast. Entrance to hotel at rush hour is annoying and road is noisy. Room itself is a little tired compared to newer hotels, bathroom pod seemed to have a smell to it. Bed could have been comfier - the mattress topper and bedding is loose due to type used.

Poor nights sleep

I’ve stayed at this location several times but had a terrible nights sleep on this occasion. I requested a high floor room, away from lifts to enable me a quiet stay but even though the hotel appeared no where near full based on the number of cars, I was assigned a ground floor room which was virtually adjacent the main entrance and had a car parking area directly outside of the window. I asked to be moved but told they couldn’t. The room was very noisy with cars pulling up at the hotel until late and then in the morning directly outside with guests slamming car doors and boots when leaving started sometime before six o clock meant my nights sleep was ruined.
