Saving box is out of order several time while I was staying at the hotel. Food needs to improve for the service. The food is almost of out of order to serve at Sofitel Club.

Pros: Good location with nice restaurants and malls nearby; comfy beddings Cons: 1. Not soundproofed -at all. If you don't value hearing people outside your door and TV from next room clearly, don't go there. 2. Smells like an oldman's armpit if you go near the water sink and the toilet. 3. Very poor management- as a silver member, I never-not one time-receive the welcome drink and fruit in my hotel room; The Accor points never show up on time- I need to make phone calls everyweek for missing points. Nobody got time for this just to make up for the lack of responsibilities of hotel. If it's not for the location and I'm not on business-I would not come back at all; Sales offered a corporate price for us, which is obviously higher than the promotion price on official website for honor members-this is no way to make deals with your clients and this unfortunately humiliates the sales-person for delivering offers that has no-value and won't attract anybody who does a little bit of research.
