I booked the stay on your home page on April 12th at 23.30h at night because we wanted to stay at the hotel the next day on our way home form Spain. By mistake the booking through your system chose the same night. We only found out the next day when we arrived at Macon. The lady at the reception said she cannot change the booking to the changed date. As I mentioned that we already paid for the night and she still had a room available why not change the booking. She refused and insisted that we would need to pay for another night if we want to stay. We left and chose another place! Arrived at the hotel around 8.00 pm, I arrived to the parking, the front desk staff told me to come to the reception get Jeton and then I can park the car (parking door not automatic), then the front desk told me to pay the full amount of my stay in advance without any explanation (Not the normal use in Ibis hotels). The front desk staff was not smiling or even being helpful, I asked where is the room, the answer was go to the 1st floor... The rooms are very small compare to all Ibis style I visited.

Our room was right over the roundabout on quite a busy road. We heard little noise but the curtains were not so good as lights flashed to the side as cars went around. The staff, as always, were delightful. Very few guests as we were alone for breakfast. Downstairs was furnished more nicely than the room. You must ask about the whereabouts of car park if you stay here.
