The staff were friendly, flexible and helpful. The hotel is pretty functional, but everything works and if I was needing to stay in Macon I'd certainly be happy to go back.

Very disappointing

At the time of our stay there was scaffolding on the back of the building. On entering the room the entire window was covered with opaque plastic so we could not see out. As well as the lack of view or ventilation we had workmen on the scaffolding, directly outside our room, from early morning. While I appreciate that maintenance needs to be done, I believe that guests should be given prior warning about this and I do not expect to pay full price for a substandard room. We did ask to change room but were told this was not possible and our subsequent complaints to management have been met with a negative response.
