I would like to thank the ambar bar specific kawtar for being professional and smiling all the time because this time you can't find like this service in any hotel all the staff are really friendly and helpful they make me feel like i'm home i'm so glad to came and i will came all the time

Staying as a group we found the partnership and participation by the sales, staff and management staff to be subpar and the worst we’ve had so far. The restaurants are limited and the place is filthy. Don’t know what options you have when staying here in this town, but I’ve heard the Marriott provided a much better experience for the other members of our team, I would suggest staying anywhere but here. The only Bright Spot was the morning breakfast stuff, but be clear that was the only decent part of the day.

The Sofitel Jardin d’es Roses in Rabat is a perfect place to stay. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The common areas and rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff, from checking in to Customer Relations, Concierge, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff and spa and pool staff were exceptional. There were too many that gave us too-notch service to mention all by name but each one should be commended for the wonderful, friendly and helpful service they provide. Nadia in Club Millesime was so nice and really made us feel welcome. We celebrated two special occasions during our stay and the staff really made these occasions memorable.

Great hotel in Rabat. The garden setting was beautiful and peaceful after a day sightseeing. The staff were wonderful and there were too many to remember all their names but we found the service from checking in to housekeeping, the restaurants and bar staff, the concierge, the women at Customer Relations and the spa and pool attendants to be friendly, helpful and professional. Each one deserves to be commended for their service during our stay. Nadia in Club Millesime was particularly kind and a pleasure to meet. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We had good water pressure and nice towels. During our stay we celebrated two occasions and the staff went above and beyond in making these occasions special and memorable. The Golden Fish restaurant had excellent service and food. We can highly recommend it. We also tried the Moroccan wine in the bar. It was superb.
