Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche 5 stars

Friendliest and most attentive staff. From Adil at reception who was amazing, to the wait staff at breakfast, and to Halima who made my room perfect. I won’t forget their kindness and welcome. The view from my room was stunning and I had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the Sofitel in Casablanca at the beginning and end of our trip through Morocco. It is a good large hotel with comfortable beds and large rooms. the staff was all friendly and helpful. One issue we had, however, is that they pump in very powerful potent flowery perfume throughout the lobbies and elevators and restaurant. It really did not mix well with the food. It is not from the actual flowers there as we noticed the smell only arrived after 9 am and was not there in the night. It was overpowering and we would maybe chose a different hotel next time for this reason.

Very nice hotel not far from the medina. Very nice restaurant and bar that could accommodate my food allergies. Light switches were a bit tricky to figure out but very nice bathroom with big shower and even a heated towel rack. We were on the 12th floor and had a great view of the Hassan Mosque and the ocean.

Considering I have been experiencing the earthquake I had the opportunity of seeing the status of the emergency stairs and I feel something should be done there in terms of keeping them as clear as possible. The access was possible and there were no materials blocking the access but the stirs themselves were not completely clear

The staff were fantastic and very helpful! Mounia at check-in and Jawad at the concierge stand were especially pleasant. Thank you for a great stay! The hotel was in a good location — easy to walk to notable sights like the Hassan II Mosque and Ricks Cafe.
