Hi, I wanna say thank you for the welcome , everybody was kind in this hotel , I love the service from the maid to the boys , the staff was very good . The breakfast was good and shoutout to Camara and bencharki they were very kind to us and our family

I want to commend Amina and Kaddi for exceptional service at the hotel Sofitel. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable in my space. Amina was especially special to me and offered to make tea for me. Kaddi was equally a great housekeeper. She made sure the room was well placed and clean. We had a lovely stay at Sofitel. The service was attentive and excellent. The room was very comfortable and luxurious. We loved the bathroom with two sinks - very handy for two people getting ready. Great location, a short walk from the old Medina and waterfront. Our room had a view of the Medina and Ocean - it was such a beautiful welcome to Morocco. We awoke well rested, and it was quiet. We recommend Sofitel to everyone.
