Amazing staff

I stayed for three nights. The first room was really hot but the staff moved me to a more comfortable and updated room as soon as they could. The new room had updated, narrow plugs for which I did not have an adapter so they found one and gave it to me. There was also a mix-up between their system and my reservation but they resolved it. The point being that each time I came to them with something, they found a solution and dealt with the problem. I really can't ask for anything more!

The hotel is very well located in the center of Lausanne. The underground garage is an advantage as parking in Lausanne can be a headache. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bad neighbourhood

I got there I they didn't have my reservation that I did ca 3 months ago, I even did the online check in. I'm still waiting for the receipt they promised that will be send the same day one week ago.
