We take your comments very seriously and will take immediate action to improve the situation, We will review our cleaning protocol. We will review our breakfast offer to ensure a greater variety of products, as well as a sufficient supply of bread, yoghurts and fruit. We will also ensure that there are always enough plates available. You will find coffee makers in the privileged rooms. We look forward to welcoming you back and providing you with an enhanced experience.
After resolving some initial issues our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
