Nearly perfect

The room was nearly perfect but is in need of refreshment. The carpet was badly stained in places, the water in the bathroom (washbasin and shower) ran out badly, as though the drains were blocked. The mattress was old and sagged.

The barman made our holiday, he was so helpful finding us channels on TV for football and very attentive.

Bed bugs can be a serious problem, and we take such reports very seriously. Did you signale this problem at the reception.? Cause no other guest in this room ask us et we check the room and there is no bed bugs. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused and will ensure that this issue is addressed promptly.
