The rooms are outdated and not clean. the breakfast was poor : not enough bread; yoghurt and the fruit was outdated as well. Not enough plates. No coffeemachine in the room available.

After resolving some initial issues our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

When we checked in on Saturday, August 10th, we found that our room did not have a mini-bar or fridge. We raised this with the reception staff, who said they would inform the maintenance technician. Unfortunately, despite daily reminders, it was Tuesday before a fridge was installed in our room. The only other real problem we had was that the mattresses on our twin beds seemed rather old. They dipped in the middle and were uncomfortable.

Plus - location, bed quality. And that's it. Minus - cleanliness (the worst is balcony and restaurant, you won't guess how long it takes everyday to find clean plate during breakfast from the pile, I don't know if they even use cleaning agents for dishwasher, just look at greasy coating on all the dishes incl forks, knives...), quality of warm food (the ugliest scrambled eggs I've ever seen recently in the hotels, they even could not bake enough sweet challah which had moist parts inside, skip the greasy sausages and go directly to jam and baguette station if you paid already. Or just avoid paying for that and go to any boulangerie nearby :)) you will have great breakfast and still money left to have pizza for lunch. kitchen service touching everything with their hands (good luck all those requesting room service for breakfast, saw how they take your stuff into the plate...but Im not so happy thinking what happens in the kitchen when they prepare all the stuff before people come), using old dirty sponges to clean the tables (you really can think the sponge is a dog's toy in parallel)... Too many things even too complain at the place, so don't bother as requests through reception are not solved till the end of the stay. Not sure how it can hold "Mercure" or even any chain-hotel name. So next time I will try to find another opportunity. If you have no choice - just choose bed, avoiding paying for balcony (you won't use the seaview towards the noisy beach bar) and restaurant offer as much as you can.

The hotel lacks in cleanliness and needs to be given an uplift. there are far too many rules regarding the swimming pool. No cushions on the chairs, no umbrellas, we had to go and spend money on special swimsuits……….. At 18.90 euros the breakfast is overpriced for what they offer. Make sure you reserve parking. I would not recommend.
