The breakfast was not good (hot drink on the machine with bad set up (too much water leads to bad taste for chocolate & capucino) & too much noise during the night due to the ventilation system. But dinner & people were really good

However, we are also truly sorry to find out that Your stay did not meet Your expectations. Please accept our sincerest apologies for inconveniece with a coffee machine. Let me assure You that Your comments will be taken into account and that we will ensure machine's reparation. We always strive to provide the best possible service and to improve. Let me also apologize for the noise of the ventilation system in the bathroom, I understand that it can be uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it is the central ventilation system throughout the hotel, which turns on automatically as needed and cannot be turned off. On windy days it can unfortunately be loader than usual. We understand that this is uncomfortable and apologise for the inconvenience, however unfortunately we are unable to resolve this issue at the moment other than by providing free earplugs, which you can 24/7 request on our reception. Hi Renáta, We visit Ibis Plzen regularly for stopovers. We are generally satisfied with the hotel. In the last roundtrip, first night we did not get a baby bad for our son. I understand that they are limited. So that's ok. In second night (on the way back) we stayed in a room surrounded by teenagers (staying in all the other rooms around us). They were very loud, running and shouting in corridors. We warned them, went to reception and talked to your colleague that if it is not possible to stop the noise, it is better that our room is changed. We were told no it is not possible. This went on for another 2 hours or so. Additionally our son fell from the seat/sofa in the room. Fortunately nothing happened to him. However we noticed that sofa seat was not screwed to the wall. I think all these problems can be solved with a bit of attention. Best regards, A.

Dear A., thank you for taking your time to share your experience in our hotel. I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. It is true we have limited number of baby cots. If it is possible for you, send us a message when making the reservation and we will reserve the baby cot for you and prepare it straight to your room before your arrival. My colleagues at the front desk registered your complaint about the noise in the surrounding rooms and corridors. As far as I know, they did their best to calm the teenage guests down with the support of our security. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked that night, therefore they were not able to move you to any quieter part of the hotel. A., we always strive to provide a superior experience, therefore your feedback is very important to us. I do appreciate sharing your concerns and will take the appropriate action to prevent the issue occurrence in the future.
