Too bad that after 9.30 the inly food available are only toast!

However, I am sorry to hear that you could not choose from our menu for nightly orders, which includes basic snacks like paninis, vegetable salad, chips and desserts. Slow check in. Nothing special. Breakfast: some of the food empty f.e. firied eggs. Close to my destinaction but so far from everything.

Overall is fine but there are things to improve such as service quality (staff avoids contacting); long check-in processes; empty minibar (totally unacceptable). Hotel, rooms, bed, linens are clean.

However, I’m sorry to learn that your stay was a little below your expectation and our staff appeared unfriendly. Let me assure You that we have taken your comment into account and will make sure that the situation improves. Please allow me to respond to your comments regarding minibar and explain the misunderstanding that has arisen. Our rooms are equipped with refrigerators, which are only used to store and cool our guests' groceries, not as a minibar, for this purpose we have a non-stop bar in the lobby.
