Very happy with location and ease of access with buses to Plzen Very comfortable hotel and happy with amenities Excellent breakfast and evening meals All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and love to visit again

from 14.07.-17.07. I was accommodated in Hotel Ibis Plzeň. You have confirmed to me, a triple Room with you set price with a discount!! But what about your diet was a lie or did you give me a double room with an extra bed!! Okay, I'll be humble, but that wasn't all. The room you gave me was in a terrible state! The suction in the Bathroom did not work at all!! The shower is completely moldy!! Mold is on both sides from outside and inside the shower! On the right side of the shower, there is a 30-centimeter-high mold! I've never seen anything so terrible!! And that's not all! The sink was dirty, moldy and the water scale can be knocked off with a hammer! And there is one small thing, the shower door does not have a handle for opening, the so-called handle. So there is a hole in the door through which water flows directly into the bathroom when showering!

The room was up to the usual Ibis standard, both clean and adequate comfort. The staff on reception and serving in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful and the food was satisfactory. The Pilsner beer was very good.

As a gold status customer, we completed pre-check-in, and it still took about 15 minutes to get our keys from the unwelcoming receptionist. (Note: ALL other staff were quite pleasant and helpful.) We had to ask for our welcome drink. My husband had a scab rub off in the night, which then bled onto the sheets. The sheets were not changed. There was no hand towel in the bathroom, and one day, they did not replace our bath mat. The air conditioner did not work in our room. The wi-fi in the room wasn't strong enough to send an email message. I moved the room phone to plug in my computer and found that the space around the phone had not been cleaned in quite some time, nor had the hair dryer been wiped down. When we went to check-out, they tried to charge us for a breakfast we never had. They didn't argue with me when I said we never had a breakfast there, but I don't know how it got charged to our room in the first place. The room itself was fine, and I appreciate that the rooms aren't carpeted. Like I noted above, the majority of the hotel employees were pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy. Our welcome drink (kiwi lemonade) was very good.
