I have stayed for many times and I have only positive experience. All the hotel staff is very polite and competent, ready to help day and time. Food at breakfast is very good, would be great to add something new, for example, once a week a random food from world kitchen (some national).

Good things: early arrival, light breakfast for those who check out before regular breakfast begins. My personal opinion , for Accor it make sense to open higher class hotel at Omsk.

Well refurbished room in a historical building in the center of Omsk. Polite and nice personnel. Quick and efficient check-in. Complimentary drink provided. Good breakfast. Air-conditioning works well.

Worsest Ibis I ever seen

Mosquitoes in the windows, no protective nets. The ventilation system is noisy. Noise from the air conditioner at the lower level, so that we had to move to another room. There is a musty smell in the room, it seems that the accessories and the room, in addition to regular cleaning, are not treated with modern means of accumulated odor pollution. The restaurant downstairs does not belong to the hotel, according to the receptionist, although they offer discount vouchers on behalf of the hotel and do not discount them. The food in the restaurant was the worst I have ever seen. At breakfast I observed the absence of dishes before replacing them.

Отдел гостиничного хозяйства проведёт дополнительную уборку в номере. Отдел ресторанного обслуживания уже провёл дополнительное обучение сотрудников.
