Beautiful hotel with nice staff. Due to the corona Virus restrictions the hotel asked each night what your breakfast requirements were which was delivered to your room. My daily requirement was 2 boiled eggs, toast, cereal, Coffee, & fruit. For 4 of the 5 morning I had a full english breakfast, salmon, salad, yogurt and croissant delivered. I sent the breakfast back twice. When checking with the receptionist regarding my order she showed me the order sent to room service. When I called room service the person answering the phone quoted my order back to me. There is a management failure some where. On raising the matter when checking out the receptionist apologies but was flippant and said at least I had more than I wanted.

the sink in our room was clogged. brushing teeth was kind of disgusting. there was a plumbing issue also on the toilet flush. i needed to go to the toilet in the middle of my sleep. then flushed. but the water continued to fill up the tank and was noisy. hence, going back to sleep was too difficult.

Cleaning was bad there was hair in room, hair in bathtub and also the WC water presher was damged and they came and fix it so our time is lost and not like the cleaning and healthy and i will not advice any body to come to ur hotel

It was a week day the bell boy was very rude no one explained to me that smoking was not aloud altho i booked a smoking room the reception were not cooperating properly and had an incident with them as they told me im not allowed to have guest visiting

Festive brunch was excellent. Wide choice and well cooked. The bedroom was clean, tidy and the toiletries were high quality. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was fine given the COVID social distancing.

Our room was, as usual, beautifully prepared and the hotel was prettily decorated for Xmas. We had also booked an evening meal on the 24th and the Xmas brunch on the 25th of December. They were both delicious and the service provided was attentive yet unobtrusive. Breakfast on Boxing Day was another enjoyable affair. This is by far our favourite hotel on the island of Bahrain and we are planning on staying again late March for my birthday.

It is always a pleasure staying at this hotel. The rooms are well kept and maintained, and the staff are always ready to help with a smile. If there is anything that needs to be improved, that would be an easy access to the parking lot, as Valet is not available now. Overall, it is an excellent choice !!

I was on my own with a toddler for Christmas Day as my husband had to work and the staff were so helpful . And they saved some food from the brunch for my husband . The only thing that could be better would be to heat the pools or at least the children’s pool areas .
