My room was plenty big enough for me and all my work kit for a week, and the staff went above and beyond to help every time i went out or returned with my stupidly heavy bags. really felt that nothing was too much trouble. For example, on realising i had left a specific cable at home, the concierge firstly helped find one at the hotel that fitted, and then wrote down what it was, ordered a cab for me and told the driver exactly where to take me to get a replacement so i had it for the week. Really good choice of food on offer for breakfast, covering a fair few styles.

Over 10 years I have stayed in this hotel and generally found the standards to be less every stay. How can a 5 star hotel charge RMB44 for Earl Grey Tea, when all equivilent tea's are free? This is ridiculous to say the least. No other hotel in China charges extra for Earl Grey Tea. I stay generally on 4th or 5th floors around rooms 450-460 & 550-560. And we stay on pool side not city side. Last booking had us staying on city side, until I changed this on check-in.

Experience was fine, except my room smelt like sewage and the shower was a bit dirty. Could be cleaner Also - when I ordered room service, the side of spinach was very small - only a few pieces.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff friendly but overall I felt that the levels of service had declined from previous stays. The lack of the VPN was disappointing and the breakfast seemed to lack a number of choices reduced numbers of cereals and no oatmeal. Also getting served at breakfast seemed harder.

I like the room, i like the service at the reception. I don't like the buffet. I was sick one night after eating at the buffet. Ii requested a vegetarian tomato spaghetti and i got pork in the tomatoes sauce.

Spent 2 nights, overall experience was ok. I really liked the location, close to the park and downtown. Room was nice, except for the strong bad smell (sewage smell?) coming from the bathroom but affecting the whole room.

I have stayed at the Pullman Forum many times now and what I love most is the location next to Qifeng Park where I like to go running each morning before a long day packed with factory visits. The rooms are nice and the hotel is clean. The breakfast is great and the gym facilities and pool good too.

Comfortable except for the Shower

I was comfortable during my stay. However, my shower would not drain properly and I had made several inquiries over several days to have it fixed and it was never permanently fixed. I was very frustrated about this and the hotel's lack of urgency in seeing that it was fixed. After returning to my room one evening my bathroom smelled of cigarettes even though i was in a non smoking room. My only assumption is that the technician trying to fix my shower was smoking while working. I was very disappointed with this.

I stay regularly at this hotel and use it due to its location and being an accor hotel. But it is starting to feel dated and is not being improved. The internet is appalling. I can't work in the evenings or do personal transactions. The hotel now has no cash point (AMT) The room menus have not been updated. Bathrooms have some damages, ie sinks marked or cracked and have not been repaired.

Good and solid. Missing out on gastronomy which is not really that good. Hotel bar is ok. Pricing on drinks (Bar and Carmen's) is horrendous and way out of bounds, service could surely be improved as well as service staffs english skills. Breakfast is fully satisfactory. Room is fine and spacious, clean and tidy. After dinner at Giovanni's (with acceptable quality in general), a colleague had food poisoning with a emergency-visit at hospital as consequence. This increased doubts on F&B quality drastically. A plus and compliment to concierge Hector who was a great help with fluent english and a very helpful mindset in this emergency situation.
