I have found mosquito issue during the first 2 days in the room. Very disappointed. Please keep the door closed when the staff doing cleaning.

Staff ignored people smoking at the lobby

While I was checking in there we two other men checking in next to me. They were smoking while checking in. I do not know about the smoking policy in your hotel but I did surely see a No Smoking sign on the wall of the lobby. What surprised me was not that these two men was not following the rules. The staff checking them in did not say a word to them about not to smoke in the lobby and continue to serve them. Their smoking did cause me to feel uncomfortable and my view on the hotel Star status.

Just standard stay of two nights for business trip, did not spend too much time in hotel. No like nor dislike to tell, but the only thing I mind about the quality of breakfast is not favorable, Very few choices With low quality of food.

I have stayed at the hotel on numerous occasions and the reception is always welcoming by the staff. The hotel was unusually quiet compared to previous visits, but that was to be expected. Cleanliness of the room was very good. And staff went out of their way to ensure there were no worries about whether or not the hotel was safe.

I had a nice stay at the Pullman Dong Guan. As a foreigner it’s an easy choice, the staff speak English, the rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is international enough to get a good meal and the setting of the hotel is peaceful. I recommend it for mid level business needs.

I booked the room via trip.com. I mistakenly put in the wrong night. After I realized it I tried to make a change. Trip.com informed me that the hotel accepted the change. Even though the booking was nonrefundable. I appreciate the hotel accepting the change so I didn’t lose 100 dollar.

I reserved an executive room at the Pullman Forum Dongguan, while I was checking in I noticed there were not many guests and requested an upgrade from Leo who was working at the front desk. He asked me to wait a few minutes while he checked the occupations at the hotel and a few minutes later he said no problem, he can upgrade me to a better room. I then went to the Chinese restaurant for a dim sum lunch which was okay, not the best be was good. We then had dinner at the Japanese restaurant at the hotel because it was close by but found out that the prices at the Japanese restaurant's prices were a bit on the high side for similar restaurants not in the hotel compound. Anyway, we had a nice meal there. The next morning I had a light breakfast at the downstairs buffet restaurant but found that the items like bacon and eggs were already cooked and dry. Eggs should be cooked to order and the Juice bar could have had more juice in the containers which would make it look more generous. I had some congee but it did not have all the condiments, like pork strips, Pei Dan, pickled preserved radish, etc. Overall, I was not hungry that early in the morning and did not expect breakfast to overwhelm me. I just want to point out that Leo was very professional while he was on duty, he was not only working at the front desk but also at the front door to help guest go where they needed to go. He would call taxis upon your request and recommend where to go if you are only visiting Dongguan. Hope the next time I come to Dongguan Pullman, Leo will still be there and the hotel is near the bar street and the park next door. I enjoyed my stay at the Pullman just like I did in HK and Hangzhou. I did not reserve my rooms with the Accor hotels in Hangzhou but I now know to reserve with the hotel directly if they can put in free cancellation options because things always change with the flights and a guest's schedule. Totally will stay with Pullman wherever I go from now on if they have an Accor hotel in that city.

I had a very good experience with Pullman Forum Hotel in Dongguan. Leo at the front desk was very professional and helpful. I asked for an upgrade and since the hotel was not really full and Leo gave me the upgrade since I am a member of the Accor Hotels Group and I really appreciated that, it made my stay very enjoyable. I also ate in most of the restaurants at the hotel, Japanese, Chinese and the buffet breakfast every morning was pretty good. I would stay at this hotel again definitely when I am in Dongguan again and hope Leo will still be there.

Overall no real complaints, trusted hotel, helpful when needed. I've been to this hotel 3 times and now i'm starting to feel like this place needs to be remodeled and made to look more modern. Service is nice but i sometimes have a hard time communicating as there can be a lack of english speaking workers and also my lack of mandarin. Main Bar area is large which is great for big groups, you feel really comfortable and i've always had someone approach me within 2 minutes. Overall nice hotel, breakfast is great! and the foot message is awesome, I believe I only paid $15 USD for 1 hour in a private room, it was great!

I always enjoy the surroundings of Dongguan Pullman with easy access to restaurants and bars. The only issue is that they do have thin walls so having a quite neighbor around is important. Staffs at reception are always welcoming.

I have stay here more than 5 years, its one of the best hotels in Dongguan area for working. It is quite and the staff are some of the most wonderful people to accommodate you. Rooms are clean and perfect size. Great Food. Outside locations are very relaxing with beautiful pool and scenery. Located close by is excellent hiking trails that gives a person view of the nature and to meet other nice people. Check in and check out is easy and fast.

The first thing is the swimming pool at in and out door is very ideal also there are many different plants in the garden, Comfortable sleep experience and two many different kind of restaurant, the breakfast and buffets have many choices, for next trip will stay here again.
