It is the best hotel as far as hospitality is concerned. Staff is so well behaved and hospitable. They treat u so very well, will give u food even if it is 4 in morning or 12 at night . It has small but well equipped gym. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The best hotel with the amazing hospitality and food.... love to be there soon again. The staffs are quite friendly and always seen with smiling faces. Best of the facilities. The swimming pool of Novotel is very well maintained. Uday, Chandrima, Bala, Dinesh, Vishnu chef, Keshob Chef, Mugesh, Avin, Sonu, Afeefu, Arti, Arnab, Ram, Ponirul, Sarojini, Bhaskar and Vijay are the best of the staffs.

I stayed for a month. The staff does not know anything about hospitality. They don’t even try to listen to any of your requests. Answer to any of the requests is “THIS IS NOT ALLOWED” as blunt and ignorant as they can get. They still have the guts to come up to you and give false reviews online.

Bad stay and experience in Ibis Chennai

Shower was not working properly, the toiletries were not refilled during room service. Morning bfast very limited staff to manage the basic stuff and half of the times items were over and Noone to fill it back. Ordered veg pizza in evening and got only with tomato as toppings stating that we do not have any other veggies. Management should focus on basic customer needs and services
