Worst experience ever , we had booked a room with three single beds and they gave us a double room with an extra bed noting that it was our request since we’ve done our reservation!! Room is very small and had no view!! Tried to contact them many times and no-one changed the beds or the room or even tried to make us satisfied!!! We surly wont look for this stay in future or deal with the tourism company “ Refan” ✖️✖️✖️

Internet connection was not present at the hotel. When we asked to reception, they told us there is an infrastructure problem but for my last 2 stays (previous one was 1 month ago) it was same.

In generally was good stay. All were very good except the checked-in process. We were 3 colleagues from same company and I arrived first to reception desk. Arrival was on the 18th Jan late afternoon. There were 3 gentlemen in the reception desk but I am afraid only one of them was real reception person. And the other 2 people asked their name of my colleagues and did their checked-in process then told me sorry and asked what was my name. This was for me relatively crude welcome at reception. This was not my first stay at this hotel and also in Accor group. You may see my profile.
