Though the hotel is well located, the standard of maintenance of the rooms and entire property is falling. From the outside, you see the walls need painting. There is a smell of dampness in the lobby, corridors and in the rooms. All the rugs need to be removed or replaced.

I developed some flu symptoms - congestion while in the hotel room. This may suggest that the air filter in the room needs to be changed.

Tosin the receptionist was rude and nasty, I stay in this hotel every year, the day I decided to come with my wife was the day I was humiliated by the receptionist. In addition, NCC has a discount, but she refused to apply it, I called our Office and they confirmed the price is 20k, Tosin’s reason for making me pay 25k was because one of the NCC staff that came before paid 25k. Money is not the problem here, but the look she gave us with disgust, the appalling attitude was unbearable and unforgivable. Some of our staff checked out the next day, including me and my wife. I hope you issue Tosin query for mistreating us at night after all the hassle.

Ordering food from your room will take for more than 1 hour and a half and the taste is not that good. They serve the juices not cold as well. If you request ice, the service crew will ignore you most especially the trainee. The carpet is not hygenic and the dirt will stick on your foot or even socks. Worse experience ever. Thank you to give instructions to your team. It's an opportunity for improvement. Thanks.

I arrived hotel on time but had slight hitch with check-in. I had book directly online having signed in on my membership of all.accor.com page, but was told my booking has not "dropped" (don't know what that means). I was checked in after more than 35 minutes of waiting. The room was okay but the curtains needs replacement - they've gone gray due to long use. The tiny TV sets are old and outdated, need to be changed and it's amazing that in an English speaking country, there're more French channels than English. The floor carpets are gradually peeling and begging for replacement.

It like the environment, the hotel is abroad standard, I had issues with the kitchen, I think the Milo(beverage) kept for buffet is spoilt.

Lots of things in the hotel are greying and worn, thus need replacement. The curtains are greying, the very small TVs in rooms should be replaced and channels enhanced. The floor carpets are getting worn out.

It was a real pleasure to return to Ibis hotels after more than eight months absence caused by COVID-19 virus. The place was removed to meet the new standards imposed by the pandemic. The staff were more courteous and really welcoming. I look forward to my next stay!

Room has no open windows, which in addition to the rug on the floor makes room feel stuffy and stale. Corridors don't smell fresh. Staff for the most part look detached and uninterested. House keeping is good but not done daily. Buffet breakfast is good, with many options, however, very limited options for lunch and dinner.
