It was horrible experience. Accor took my money, told me I did need to do anything , but did not book my reservation with Ibis. It was a bad night for as the hotel did not let me in into the room I had reserved. After many calls back and forth I was told to pay another and the previous charges would be refunded; however, I could not bring my to agreeing to doing business with a company that had just scammed me. I, politely, declined.

The reception is very good; the restaurant serves good selection of dishes; the room service is poor; towels are always late at night and you have to call to get them. The staff and personnel are well trained for the job.

The environmental of the hotel is well kept. Staff are courteous, welcoming and offer brisk attention. Your breakfast is now richer than before, with better options. However, the room CANNOT be ventilated; the window should be openable, no matter how small. Having good music at the pool section, till about midnight, reduces guests' boredom.

There was no power in my room for minutes, receptionist was called and she said a technical person would come, which didn't happen until after I went downstairs to talk to her again after some minutes. Dinner was delayed beyond 1830hrs. During my stay before the last, intercom did not work for days and I had to call the reception through my mobile telephone.

This hotel does not represent the ibis name. The staff is completely unprofessional. In the customer service industry there needs to be some sort of flexibility. An entire overhaul needs to be had from management down the line. Customer service should be the number 1 priority.

Tired and worn out hotel

I stayed in ibis Lagos airport for a night and this is the worst hotel I have stayed in all year. I’m aware of Ibis’ business model and have stayed in ibis hotels; unfortunately this hotel doesn’t match up to the standards. Very few positives - proximity to the airport, and some security. That’s where it ends. Rooms are tiny with too much furniture making it cramped, carpets in the rooms and hallway are tired, worn, and filthy. Smell is mound and dampness is pervasive, and the bathrooms are falling apart. In general, needs a good overhauling.

I really enjoyed my stay. But I did not get a very important assistance I needed when my flight was changed.

Satisfied with the room and food. Satisfied with staff too. Not satisfied and was actually disappointed that there are still room areas in the hotel that one will stay and not get good internet connection. Not satisfied that for months now, the fresh juice making machine in the hotel has been out of order and no replacement. I found that strange.

The stay was just about ok. The staff are friendly but the rooms need an upgrade. The pillows were too hard and the mattress were shifting. Otherwise it was not a bad stay.

The catering service was very poor! The rooms are traditionally ibis room, very small. They served buffet without water which is very absurd. They expected you to buy water, in addition to buffet without option. Overally it was an average Service rendered.
