Dropping standards

Always stay in this hotel while in Bristol. fair prices and good location. On last few stays the standards seem to have dropped. Hotel slightly quite tired inside and out. Clientel also seems to have dropped with marginally antisocial behavior.

Unsatisfactory on many levels

No explanation or apology after evacuating hotel at 2.30am for fire alarm. Room not serviced during the day. Bathroom door did not close satisfactory and soap dish in a disgusting condition. Employee in the breakfast room had hair down her back. This is a food hygiene issue and hair should be tied up if long. Only one person on duty at 9.00am check out.
