Excellent service. Polite and very helpful. Clean hotel, near metro station and famous attractions. Good breakfast too. Big thanks to Mr Alina for his kind service. I recommend this venue to families and couples on vacation or individuals on business.

Hotel was very clean, but needs a refurbish. Staff were super.

The hotel is needing a refurbish, it was a grand hotel in its day, but although it was an older hotel, the hotel was immaculately clean, the staff were excellent and very helpful. I booked the club lounge floor, which was a waste of money, the food was always cold, they opened it only for a short time for breakfast, which I ended up going to the large restaurant breakfast floor as it had more variety. The club lounge food was horrible and could only be used from 5pm until 7pm. I wouldn't waste my money on the club lounge as there are many great places around the hotel to eat. The location is ok, but a little out of the way. The language barrier was hard and always on my translator app. But it was clean the staff were very good.

This was my second visit to this hotel in Beijing and I was once again highly impressed by the service and hospitality demonstrated by its staff - I was especially fortunate to have met Comrade Bryan Zheng, with whom I had several spirited conversations with! His good attitude and dedication to his work truly reflects the nature of this hotel as a whole.
