The hotel disappointed us despite its central location. Throughout the night you could hear traffic and people talking loudly on their way home from a night out. Our cold tap in the ensuite was hot so despite the room being a privilege room I had to go to the restaurant to get some cold water to drink. The restaurant sadly disappointed us as the food was far too greasy and we felt very sick afterwards. I didn't tell the waitress and paid full price despite the quality.

Well located easy access to all places of interest

Good experience overall , comfortable bed. Except for noise from upstairs room, seems to be a thin ceiling, thudding, walking and music could be heard affected sleeping . Complaint dealt with well. Breakfast good, but could have been warmer hot plates not hot. Overall Lovely hotel in a great location .

Somewhat down from previous experiences.

The carpark has become smaller - though we DID get a place. The soap dispenser in our bathroom was almost empty. The breakfast menu has become smaller. There are no newspapers in the lounge.
