Check-in was a breeze, room is a requested, good location close to Bugis / Bugis Junction, accessible via Bencoolen / Rochor / Bugis Mtr Station. There is a 7/11 store nearby.

The stay were wonderful, very helpful with giving directions and assisting in other matters. Wasn't sure about the location as this was not an area I was use to. But was surprised that it was located to everything we needed especially the proximity to three MRT stations. I was happy with the breakfast which was served a great variety and of good quality.

It was a good location. Everything is closed by the bus station, MRT and restaurants. It is very convenient for all of us. We would come back and stay here again. Strongly recommended for this hotel.

We booked an accessible room for two people months in advance, and when we arrived we were told the accessible room only had one single bed, which is frankly ridiculous. We were given a queen room and while the staff were very good and even let us into the room early, the room was not nearly big enough for someone traveling with a disability. This was a bait and switch. We have been booked as two people in an accessible room for months and not told there were only single beds in the accessible. Unacceptable.
