The hotel room maybe small but it pack with warmth from the hotel staff especially from duty manager Mr Kabilan. He is very busy but still very accommodating to my demand of the room .

I’m afraid to say that I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. On the first day at breakfast , at 6am, all the guests were men, afterwards , I just felt so unsafe to share the lift with them. Moreover , 6 mths ago, I also made a booking for my sister & requested her room be next or opposite mine . Upon check in , she was allocated a room on same floor . The safely lock on my door broke , your staff were helpful & it was replaced . It was such a busy hotel , many times we waited ages for the lift . The whole experience was just so-so, certainly not what I had expected from a 4 * hotel . I am just giving you my feedback , you needn’t publish it . Thank you .
