Property is well-located for Bordeaux centre and has multiple transport options nearby, as well as the Mériadeck shopping centre with a supermarket. Areas are bright and clean, staff are friendly. We felt that breakfast was expensive priced at €15pp per day, so we made our own breakfast plans; however, this was very easy to do. Rooms were clean, although décor was slightly dated.

Quite a good location, close to a stop on the 'A' Line tram from the airport, plus for getting to interesting bits of the city.

Staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful. Studio room was a good size, light with lots of natural light and it was good to have windows we coukd open. Nice to be facing a quiet inner courtyard facing apartment buildings (or possibly other hotels). All the basics in the kitchenette, although we didn't use it as we ate out. Nice, on the one hand, to have a toilet separate from the main bathroom although it did mean a trip to wash hands which is a little annoying in the middle of the night! Bed was reasonably comfortable and good to find an extra pillow in the cupboard. Nice communal lounge area downstairs, with a small outdoor seating area and free coffee and water on tap.
