A bit disappointed

Clean room. Coffee tray on the floor in a cupboard. Fridge unplugged. No complimentary water. Bar service needed at least one more person. Drinks basically presented, no sliced lime for rum. And coke. Buffet food service at event was OK. Excellent breakfast spoiled by lack of staff. One poor girl trying to do everything. Staff pleasant and helpful just not enough of them. Just about value for money

Enjoyable stay

Beautiful venue but very short staffed. No one at the bar to serve people who seemed to be waiting for ages (and, sadly, a bit of attitude when I asked for someone to help) - totally missing a trick there to make money! No soap in our room. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles, no coffee, juice, plates were hotter than the sun and couldn't hold them. BUT the venue is so lovely, the rooms and beds really comfortable so it made up for it - just a few tweaks here and there could have made it spectacular.

It was not me who stayed and I have reported this several times before that your frequent user database has email addresses mixed up

From checking in, to the state of the room - generally a poor experience. I would have expected better and won't bother staying there again

Nice hotel, unfortunately there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom and some of the breakfast was Luke warm
