No problem with the hotel in it's self, generally could do with some TLC, room doors and in general need to be redecorated. £15.00 for parking, is a considerable amount of money to pay and should be clearly identified in the booking process. Although it says food available, could not get anything to eat at 22.00 hours, would not call this late, and then was told that they did not have the staff. Breakfast excellent.

The rooms have become tired and not looked after, stains on lampshades, Marked/stained seats, cushions. This is in the executive suite so not sure what the cheaper rooms are like. Not what I expected and stayed here at year and it's just not the same standard at all. Plus now want to charge £10 for spa use even when paying over £150 a night on a room. It's quite laughable. And not sure if we will go back again next year or not However it's so handy for convenience to city center with mobility issues. Plus the sauna was broken the entire 4 days we were there. Menu was not even a steak on there and very limited for gluten and dairy free, unlike last year. However breakfast was good and the beds are comfortable.

A great stay once again, perfect position for shopping, bars etc... We noticed this time though the bar & restaurant prices had increased a lot, we ordered a takeaway delivery as did many other guests rather than sat & drink at the hotel, which we would have preferred.

Good stay but we think a Prestige room should be bigger and have a bigger bed. Also the breakfast offer should be on the app
