Beautiful spacious bedroom, very clean, lovely bathroom with bath tub & walk in shower, equipped with iron, ironing board, tea & coffee making facilities but very disappointing that pool access is not complimentary- charge £10 per person

Embarrassing start when receptionist asked for payment card, produced and told wrong one!! Ended up rummaging through my bag for other card to discover that original was the correct card, as I showed my banking app with the amount displayed. No apology just the “ the bank must have changed the last four digits”. No - that don’t happen you must have looked at the wrong number, so embarrassed did not hang around to query. Went to spa next day give in room key as security, went back to room and key not working, husband went back down and surprise surprise given someone else room key. Stayed several time - this maybe the last!!!

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff, especially F&B. The manager, Bailon Fernandes, was exceptional and very attentive - an absolute credit to the organisation. Thank you for making my parents', my son and my break away special. My son turned 11 recently and only mentioned it then a gift was left in our room for him (see picture). Wonderful and so thoughtful! Diolch, Hayley
