Mercure Farnham Bush Hotel 3 stars

Only problem seems to be with proper billing. Every team member had problems with double billing, overcharging or some other issue. It was all fixed but appeared to be a constant. That's why the 9.

Great location, friendly staff, but room not as advertised, toilet didn’t work properly

The reception stay was some of the best I've ever had, during an extremely hard situation with the COVID restrictions and then the lock-down, they took very good care of me as a guest. I definitely would like to give praise to Greta, Emma, and Olivia for the attention, and amazing attitude from them. Thank you.

We had a great time but very disappointed at the lack of mask wearing by Net Jet crew! They also were very vocal that they would not use trace and track as “the last thing they want is to be told to stay at home”! Disrespectful to other guests and full of their own importance. Not the hotels fault but masks should be enforced. It made us feel at risk.

Ideal base for meeting up with our son who has just started at university in Farnham

We had a pleasant stay here. We were very kindly upgraded when we arrived which was a nice touch. Lovely view of the garden and the room was quiet and clean. The coffee machine was broken and we were missing towels but this was rectified when we got hold of reception (took a few attempts). Would stay again!

Well renovated breakfast area. Rooms also refurbished. But heating not working.

Really relaxing stay. Friendly staff foremost and a perfect town centre location make it so easy just to pop out in an evening. Lovely spacious room with a great view over the lawns and all this for a reasonable price, what more could you want !

In difficult times the staff addressed all my requests that it was in their power to do. For instance, having both my evening meal and my breakfast in my room. Both of which were delivered on time hot and well presented. The only issue with the hotel for me which it was beyond the staffs control to rectify, was that there was no charging point for my new electric car. Which resulted in my having to stop at a services on the way home.

A very good experience. Room was clean and tidy, albeit in a little in need of a revamp. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was absolute ideal for my needs being within walking distance of everything I needed and Farnham is very quaint.

Very comfortable stay

I've stayed here before and it has been incredible. However, this stay wasn't as good. I understand that due to covid some of the usual services were not available, however this should be stated on the website exactly what will not be available. The price was still what I have paid in the past for all services, although this time it was below average service for the price paid.

they advertised minibar free soft drinks nepresso machine dressing gown slippers fre toilyries they provided none but still charged for them yoilet was dirty poo stains my fish and chips my fish was raw the lady was very rude to me on arrival

As the title says. A little tired but you would be after 300 odd years! helpful staff, brilliant food, warm cosy beds. What more do you need PS, safe parking and located in the centre of town Could be cheaper of course
