Plain bad service, poorly trained, argumentative staff, my bedroom not made up at all over a 4 day stay, towels not changed, & breakfast food inedible and hair in food. Covid used as an excuse for everything. I have seen this hotel decline in quality over the last 18 years. I had booked breakfast but ended up eating out each morning following my disastrous introduction to their cuisine. A blunt refusal to credit my account for the breakfast I did not take on 3 mornings was the last straw. This was my last stay.
Lovely hotel in the centre of Farnham

Really impressed with the hotel. Its appearance from the outside is attractive with the ivy growing up and also the grounds as you enter, with outside seating and deckchairs on the lawn. Good parking facilities with plenty of space when we were there. Really pleasant receptionist and staff, nice lounge areas where you could relax and the room was good. We had the ground room which has table and chairs outside your room. Room was lovely and clean and everything we needed. If there was a problem, it was the table and chairs outside your room weren't that clean. Only walk out the hotel and you are in the town so ideal for restaurants, bars and shopping. Would recommend and Farnham is a lovely historic town.

As crew of NetJets I stay often at Bush. Due to Tier 4 circumstances very poor food service now. Breakfast I received was actually so poor of quality I didn’t eat it. The banana was old brown and black. Very cold in room since rooms have no standard heating or cooling option. Only a mobile heater which radiates a dry heat which makes it impossible for me to sleep in. Anno 2020/2021 i find it unbelievable that rooms are lacking these basic features. The bathroom is very small and the toilet is so situated net to the sink that you have hardly space to sit on it. Despite the lockdown, being away on tour as flight crew, this hotel now is unsuitable for crew to unwind and get a good rest and some decent food. I stay in many other hotels during lockdowns and I am sorry to say that the Bush is one of the poorest now.

I was happy with the staff, the room, the food and the location. However I was disturbed by a residant next door who said I was disrurbing her. I first got a knock on my door by a member of staff who said I was disturbing someone and could I reduce my noise. My TV was not on and I had my music on my mobile playing. I was surprised as I can hardly hear it myself and have to lay on the bed with it at my ear to hear it. Anyway I agreed to turn it down. However about 5 minutes I was awoken by a banging on wall. I felt fed up as I could hardly hear my music so the noise (or whatever she was hearing) was not coming from me. So I went and knocked twice at her door but she would not open. So I reported it to your staff who eventually moved her to another room. This was my only issue with the hotel.
