Lovely food, pleasant staff, comfy bed, great shower. 2 things to improve on: toilet took upto 2 hours after flushing to refill cistern, making a noise the whole time. I was honest and said I had parked overnight in your car park, so while checking out I was charged £25. The person checking out at the same time as me heard you tell me the barrier was open and I could just drive out, so they didn't admit to parking and got away without paying! I feel I was punished for being honest, and £25 is a lot to pay anyway for less than 24 hours parking, considering I had already paid you for the room and spent nearly £175 in your restaurant!

Stay 9 nights at this hotel. Great location in central Windsor. Spacious and well appointed room. Reception friendly and helpful. Hotel in older building with limited facilities. Housekeeping not always top notch.

We know the hotel well from a big conference held there in January 2020. This week we held a small executive offsite meeting there. I would like to commend you on maintaining the high standards we experienced previously in the Covid context and believe my colleagues and I felt as safe as it's possible to feel at the moment. Your stafff continued to be excellent. My only feedback would be that the lunch in a bag could perhaps be more appealing/appetising. There was a little bit of salad and a piece of fruit but otherwise very carb and sugar heavy and perhaps a little unimaginative.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely, great view over the castle. Covid restrictions and care were well in place. Definitely recommend for a short break.

Paying £25 to park overnight was disabled traveller was unwelcoming. The receptionist was abrupt and tried to process payment on my card despite already having paid. I think I got the smallest room in the place and as a disabled guest I was given a room with steps up to the bathroom. The room was ok but nothing special - I expected the remote to be sterilised but no.

We had two nights at the hotel which we really enjoyed. We had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and the staff were all very helpful and kind.

A poor experience starting with confusion on arrival as to accommodation booked, welcome letter and chocolates for another guest placed in our room, poorly serviced with soiled face wipe left from previous occupant, curtain fixings broken, who thought it was a good idea to have a glass walled toilet open to the bedroom. A later discovery was a blood stained pillow concealed under a clean pillar case, so they knew about it. Failure to apply advertised 20% discount to meal taken in the disappointing Marco Pierre White Steak House.

This is a very busy hotel and everything was extremely well organised so that we had a most enjoyable stay but it was quite expensive.

Excellent except we couldn’t get into the restaurant the 2nd night , we had to use another restaurant in Windsor even though when we got back there were tables unused, that wouldn’t have been so bad but my husband got food poisoning from the other restaurant we had to use

I arrived at the hotel and wasn't able to park so had no choice but to use a public car park down the road, and consequently down a hill too. After walking up the hill with my bags to check in I was asked what time I'd like to book for breakfast and was told actually most slots were already taken and I'd have to book in for 10.30. With checkout being at 11 this then didn't give me long to eat and I felt rushed. I would have also preffered a much earlier slot so I didn't feel I was actually benefitting or getting what I wanted at all. The room was smaller than expected and only 1 chair, meaning one of us always had to sit on the bed. The bath panel was dirty and coming away from the bath as the wood was damp. Stain on a pillow. No shower cap. No decaf tea bags. Cold toast at breakfast. For what I paid I expected better.
