Spent 12 weeks in the hotel apartments. The friendly and accommodating staff managed to keep me in the same apartment for the full stay. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. So much more pleasant than just staying in a normal hotel room as the ability to cook and relax on a sofa is a massive win in my eyes. The cleaning staff are fast and efficient. The courtyard is a lovely place to sit and have a meal or a few drinks and the location of the hotel is excellent. The main reason I would choose this establishment in salisbury over another is the staff. They are all unbelievably helpful, friendly, professional and have made a 12 week stay more homely than others I have frequented in the past.

The apartment we had was absolutely lovely, the staff were great and the location perfect. Unfortunately, we had to leave at 3am in the morning to return home for an emergency so did not get to enjoy the morning in the apartment nor the breakfast so are a little sad.

Excellent Location & very good staff. Ideal central Salisbury location. very friendly staff at reception & in dining room/bar . Room was fine - possibly a little tired in terms of decor (also not enough plug sockets for everything - so the fridge remained unplugged!) but perfectly serviceable for what we needed.

Hotel was in a good location in the centre but my daughter dropped me off (took ten minutes) and it was a bit of a faff to sort out the parking. The corridor outside the room was very creaky and someone seemed to be walking in the hallway a lot that night. There was a stain on the carpet in the room so it wasn’t as nice/clean as I would hope when paying £160 for a night.

This was a second visit to Salisbury, to do the things we missed last year. Accommodation was ready, as usual, well prepared and scrupulously clean. Housekeeping was excellent all week. Breakfasts were to a high standard with plenty of choice of both hot and cold food. The separate breakfast room was never overcrowded and food was replaced as it ran out. Similarly, the restaurant, next to the bar, was well run, and the dishes on the varied menu appeared in good time after ordering. Although this is a city centre hotel, our room had plenty of sound insulation, and, as last year, we were not disturbed by city traffic. We were always able to take a space in the adjacent carpark on our return each day.
