Stayed at the hotel for 1 night on Saturday 8th November. 2nd floor bedroom overlooking the courtyard. Comfortable room, however, unable to get to sleep due to noisy party and people in the courtyard. Had to go to reception to request music stopped at 00:10am. Poor nights sleep prior to early start for work on Sunday morning. Hotel should have the courtesy to advise of possible disruption prior to the arrival date.

White Hart hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, room very large with lovely comfortable firm bed. Not a big fan of buffet breakfast but food was okay. Evening meals in restaurant food was very good. Very nice stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful at all times, especially Russ who went out of his way to help arrange food when my family arrived late after the kitchens had closed and helped ease the strain on parking at a critical moment.
