Warm, clean rooms with comfy beds, cleaned daily. Staff helpful and friendly. Ideal for exploring Krakow, bus nd team service into centre of city stop and pick up right outside hotel and are easy to use. Uber taxis also very easy to use, download the app, and they will arrive quickly. Bike and scooter hire available everywhere, and at the hotel. Would definitely recommend to others needing no frills, value for money accommodation in Krakow. Breakfast is also available if you need it. Lift to all floors, no steps to negotiate, so good for disabled travellers too. Secure parking in front of hotel with barrier entrance and exit, there is a charge for it. With the overall excellence of public transport in krakow, you really do not need to hire a car. Buses even run straight to the airport. Stayed five nights, would definitely use again.

Dogs are extremely well treated and warmly welcome. the hotel is very silent.

Had everything needed for a base from where to explore the City. Room was basic but adequate and clean. Able to acquire hairdryer and kettle. Towels were provided and room serviced which included changing towels. Decent shower. Sound proofed windows. Breakfast available, looked plentiful but did not try. Were able to use adjacent Hotel for a bit more comfort eg restaurant, bar, lounge and pool. Negatives were horrible pillows and that it was quite a trek into the City.

Everything was absolutely OK, no problems at all, friendly staff, excellent food, no reason for any bad or negative comments

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. That will be important in my decision to stay anywhere. Staff was friendly as well. Good value for the money.

All rooms, especially the showers and the TV sets should be renewed. TV remote can switch backwards only, doesnt matter because there just four polish programs. Showers are old and are leaking.

I had been experiencing with ibis , this hotel was very simple haven’t good room at all, the structure was very poor, the parking car was not declare that hotel client need to pay for parking as well, it was better to pay hotel Novotel rather then your! Due to staff, the girl who dealt was very polite , I could manage all, Breakfast had only two option Wasn’t so good experience with structure and all Poor was need to pay parking

We checked in at the hotel knowing our was basic, you can tell from the price, however the room was dirty, sheets had stains on and the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. The device preventing the window from opening was broken allowing children to fall and to top it all we tripped over some loose paving stones when leaving the hotel. Instead we booked another place for not much more which was 500% better. Would not recommend.

Beds a bit too firm but a well kept and clean hotel. Good breakfast, cheap parking and great for access to the city.

No problem, big satisfaction

No bags for trash.acshelf was sticky, spilled beer... A cleaner should be more careful. Breakfast OK but once no bread only buns. Otherwise OK.

Perfect.

2 nights and 2 incidents. One large tour group of 15 year olds running around all night. The following night there was a firealarm at midnight and evacuation. Unfortunately I think both of these happen at times. The ac is very good . It coped well with a 32c day. It also had two  English channels, both news of course. I didn't like the bed.

No shower gel and hand towel, old sheets.
