Everything was perfect one downside I asked for a room view on the Nile but it was not honored.

The hotel is well placed, near the Nile and near the most luxurious hotels in the area. The hotel is clean and people are friendly but : Rooms are small and not ready when you enter in it Service is non-existent or it will redirect to some private companies inside the hotel The service is slow, for every question you'll have to wait several minutes to have a "almost" answer. Rooms are not cleaned every day, you'll have to ask (fortunatelyit is free) The hotel don't answer by email

Nice and clean, overall, good service. Food: Rooftop restaurant service could improve. Very nice breakfast and service. Overall good quality food. Room: Room was clean and modern. Didn't like the fact it had a carpet, which doesn't help with allergies. The sofa bed didn't flatten completely so we ended up having to have the kids face their heads upside down to avoid sleeping at an angle. Pool: Very small pool and its ambience could be improved as it is literally a small pool within 4 walls, so it doesn't give out that relaxing vibe other areas do. Would still recommend the hotel and return.
