As a solo female I felt safe and comfortable throughout. Had dinner downstairs in the restaurant, food was great and really good service throughout. I parked at the train station, 5 minute walk away and sensible pricing. Would definitely recommend.

We've had really nice stay at Ibis Bristol Temple Meads. Hotel is well located just short walk from the train station. Hotel is quiet and rudy, bedroom clean and well maintained, good breakfast selection, staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Have and several very satisfactory stays at this hotel and 1 previous very noisy stay. Since the noisy stay we ask for a room in a quiet part of the hotel. Our request was ignored on this occasion. Floor 2 at the junction of 2 corridors. Felt like a llocation that was going to be anything but quiet, and so it proved. Noisy pillocks in the corridor late at night, continuing their conversations and moving furniture into the early hours of the morning, in the room next door. Their TV on so loud it could be clearly heard in our room until about 3.00am. 7.00am heavy footsteps of someone running up and down the corridor with loud banging and crashing noises. Rubbish night's sleep. Other minor gripes, not enough pillows, a noisy sink with a drainage problem and a TV with the loud audio description option that could not be turned off or muted, a TV remote control that barely worked. After the first awful experience we gave Ibis another go, after the second awful experience it's probably time to look elsewhere unless there are no other reasonable alternatives. An awful stay.
