A very very pleasant stay here for two nights in November. The staff were very friendly and welcoming the entire time through check in and check out.  The location is pretty great if you're wanting to use the train like we did to visit Bath. The city center is a pretty easy walk away as well.  The rooms were extremely spacious I thought as well and the bed was really comfy.

I've stayed here a number of times and it has been better. Started off with a room key which hadn't been activated so I couldn't even get in the lift. My room was unfortunately near the lift and quite noisy, as well as lot of noise through the night from other bathroom's toilets being flushed. There are refurbished rooms but this wasn't one of them and was a little tatty round the edges

An all round good hotel which offered all my needs. Only problem is that I was too hot and over a weekend there is a lot of noise from a nearby club so I had to keep the windows closed to keep out the noise but then it was too hot. The noise continued until 4am! Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Parking was a ten minute walk away and expensive at £20 for the night. Lots of construction around which looks like it is coming to an end. Ibis as a brand is really good and I would definitely return.
