Always enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly, room very clean and tidy. Received a curtsey call before my stay asking if I needed any special requests. I did ask for a room away from the elevator, which they provided. Always prefer to stay here.

Once the three light bulbs were replaced and the extractor fan in the bathroom was repaired our stay was outstanding. The food, service and all the staff were excellent. We will return for another stay later in the year.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city, and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

All staff were excellent, the young lady at the front desk check us in early because we are Accor members even when we arrived at 10am (we were expecting to just leave at bags at the font desk) we were so stocked we were able to go into our room and freshen up. Every staff member made us feel welcomed and were always helpful. Location is great…but cannot recommend highly enough

It is most often difficult to get a bed that suits my partner due to her back issue...a request was made to get a soft bed. The beds were probably the best we've ever been given in response to this request, both locally and internationally, hence stay couldn't have been better
