We stayed one night at this hotel, its location is perfect , so close to the city centre, bars, restaurants and shops .. the rooms are small but clean , the beds were soft with fluffy pillows..

This hotel is very centrally located, Convention centre, Library, Tram stops and restaurants all within walking distance, not to mention the Avon river.

everything was good, only issue is that the breakfast was delivered to my room and was lukewarm. Also, the roomservice meals are expensive, particularly the deserts.
