The soap was very scented and caused hay fever like symptoms I was unable to get documents printed but a colleague was able at another hotel The food at the restaurant was not very good so my team ate elsewhere I went for a lunch meeting but was told the restaurant was closed . There was no notification at bottom of stairs or in my room . The staff were friendly . My room was good . I like the work desk

Very conveniently located hotel. Everything you need from a chain hotel. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. We arrived before our check in time after a very long journey from the UK and the hotel got us into a room as soon as they could. Would recommend.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was nice and clean. I am old and did not know how to work the heating and cooling, it would have been helpful to have instructions. To park on loose gravel, with no cover outside the hotel I was charged $25 which I thought was a bit steep considering the type of parking it was. I was charged $6 for a bottle of that I thought was complimentary which was frustrating. The hotel is in a great location.
