Had a fantastic stay at Ibis Hotel! Great service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. The food was delicious and added to the wonderful experience, the beef steak was cooked to perfection and the French pastry was a delightful treat. Can’t wait to go back for more.

I booked two nights ibis muscat I amended it to 1 night Room insects, I reported to receptionist u need to change, she said it's the last room. I asked the room service to clean or do anything to kill the insects .. failed to come in 1 hour, I asked in second time. While I'm in bathroom someone knocked the door but in less than 30 seconds he left. 😬😬 I went out, then I decided to extend i called receptionist .. he is different one. He say no problemcan extend.. then I remembered the mosquito/ insects.. I said no I'll not extend. When I back to hotel I explained to the Arabic receptionist. And he understood, then I asked for spray .. he helps, I spraying the room .. and have video of that mosquito 🦟 😑 after killing it. Its really bite too hard. When I back to him the spray .. he said its weird to have something like that .. why didn't change the room .. I said. I asked to change but your colleague said don't have. I guessed he found a room from his face reaction.. but can't say something to not put his colleague in bad situation. That's my experience with your hotel. I checked out and booked in City Seasons 4 stars 30 OMR with breakfast. 😑 without loyalty program .. I believe that your price 28 OMR same date with breakfast.. your room 18m their room 32m .. the hotel rank 4 yours 3 .. you don't have swimming pool.. they have .. that's only for 2 OMR difference.

We were very disappointed by the behavior of the receptionist Mr. Qaid Al Balushi, he was not polite or accommodating about the readiness of the room. The check in time was 2 P.M, but we got the room at 4 P.M, as he said the rooms were not ready and used aggressive attitude to communicate with us, he said that he is not the cleaning person and cannot give any time by which the room will be ready.
